Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 30 days have elapsed since the purchase date then we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original unopened and sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend you ship your return item using a shipping service that provides a tracking number. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and therefore cannot approve for a refund without proof of having received the returned item.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a parcel does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post to complete process of tracking & locating your delivery. Only after confirmation of a lost parcel from Australia Post can any refunds be processed.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, the enquiry will be sent to the postage company for proof of delivery. If the parcel has proof of delivery, it is not our responsibility to cover any costs of stolen or missing packages. Our responsibility ends when the parcel is sent with the correct courier service and it is the receivers responsibility to communicate with the shipping company from here. We will assist out of good will, but is not responsible for the parcels when with couriers.
If a parcel is damaged during transit you can lodge a claim for compensation through Australia post, your damaged parcel must be presented at a post office exactly as you received it. Claims can take up to 10-14 days to process and the compensation may be refunded to you directly, if we receive the refund instead then we will forward refunded amount to you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We cannot guarantee that we will have stock for the original item purchased at the time of receiving the returned item therefore we will only provide a refund if the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
